If you have accepted a job that you can no longer provide services for, please call our office or email us asap.

There is currently no function in the software to pass the job back to us.

If a job is cancelled, you will see it in red on the calendar view. It will already be marked as payable if it is a late cancel.

We will also be utilizing the cancellation option for any job where services are not technically rendered, patient no shows, incorrect date or time provided, double bookings by clients etc. However, these jobs will of course still fit into the payable category so no need to try to close these jobs either.

We have recently added a special field in the job offer that shows a “yes” or “no” next to travel time. This will make it easy to know if the job has been approved for paid travel time, prior to accepting the job.

If you close a job from your desktop, you will immediately be presented with a document that looks like an invoice. This document shows all billable items from the job for you confirm prior to clicking close.

However, if you close a job from your mobile device, this does not display.

Every week, we will be moving jobs into a payable invoice. This will show all the jobs for the week and will also display the payable date at the top. This is view-able by logging into your account on a desktop computer and clicking on “Receivables” at the top left of the screen on the black menu bar.

Yes. The software will always pay the original time scheduled. The only end time that will change this, is if your job runs over. In this case the software will automatically pay you for the overage time in quarter hour increments.

No, most any modern web browser on a desktop or mobile device offers a method to remember passwords. If your mobile device does not allow this, you can always use the “Remember Me” checkbox to retain the user name and make logins much quicker.
